At Eland Oak Junior School, students are assigned to one of four Houses: Sable, Eland, Kudu, and Impala. Each house name carries symbolic meaning and represents specific values and traits the school aims to promote. The Houses foster a sense of community and healthy rivalry through Inter-House activities. Students embody the qualities associated with their respective House, such as strength, resilience, elegance, agility, adaptability, gracefulness, resourcefulness, vitality, and speed. The naming of the Houses reinforces these values, promotes a sense of unity, and encourages pride, teamwork, and sportsmanship among students.
